GoodFlip Shipping Policy (Within India)


1. Order Processing

- All orders placed on our website are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is completed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

- In rare cases, processing may take longer due to high order volume, stock unavailability, or address verification issues. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

- Standard delivery time is between 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

- Remote or out-of-serviceable pin codes may require additional delivery time.

- Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday, excluding national and regional holidays.


3. Shipping Rates

- Shipping charges are dynamic and calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and value of your order.

- The applicable shipping fee (if any) will be clearly mentioned during checkout before you complete your purchase.

- Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly specified on the product page.


4. Delivery Partners and Tracking

- We work with reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, DTDC, and India Post.

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment status in real-time.

- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after the courier picks up the package.


5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases:

    • You will be notified via email.
    • Re-delivery will only be attempted upon your request and may incur additional shipping charges.
    • If we are unable to reach you or do not receive a response within 7 days, your order may be canceled and refunded (minus original shipping fees, if applicable).

6. Packaging and Handling

- All products are securely packed to prevent any physical damage during transit.

- Fragile or special-care items are double-boxed or wrapped in protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

- If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments, and you will receive tracking details for each package.


7. Delays and Exceptions

- While we strive to meet delivery timelines, unforeseen events such as natural calamities, strikes, pandemic restrictions, or courier delays may impact deliveries.

- GoodFlip is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

- In case of extended delays, our team will proactively update you and provide support for resolution or refund, if applicable.


8. Address Issues & Customer Responsibility

- Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and PIN code are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.

- Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed, returned, or canceled.

- We are not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments due to incorrect information provided by the customer.


9. Receipt of Order

Upon delivery, please inspect the package before accepting it. If the package appears tampered with or damaged:

  • You may refuse to accept it.
  • Please contact us at support@goodflip.in immediately with photos.
  • If you accept a visibly damaged parcel, any claim for missing or damaged items may be subject to review.

10. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If your package is returned to us due to non-delivery (no response, unreachable phone, incorrect address, etc.):

  • You may request re-shipment (subject to additional shipping charges), or
  • Request a refund (original shipping charges will be deducted).

11. Bulk or Special Orders

- For bulk orders, corporate gifting, or subscription shipments, delivery timelines and shipping charges may vary.

- Please contact our support team before placing large quantity orders to confirm timelines and delivery feasibility.
