What goes in, and why
Every product is there for a reason

BreakfastRiteBite Max Protein Granola
What it is made of
Also: added fibre (FOS, gum acacia), puffed barley, rice bran oil, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt.
Why it earns its place
- Nine protein sources in the crispies: soy isolate, wheat protein, corn, rice, wheat, jowar, black gram, quinoa and chickpeas. Not just cereal.
- 10g fibre in one bowl, from oats, added fibre and puffed barley. Fibre is what most Indian breakfasts miss.
- No added sugar. The 5.1g of sugar comes naturally from the raisins and cranberries.
- Ready in under a minute. It replaces the skipped breakfast and the biscuits, not a cooked meal nobody has time for.
Per 60g serving: 226 kcal. Source: product pack.
ProteinThe Whole Truth Whey Protein
What it is made of
Why it earns its place
- Isolate-led. Half of every sachet is whey isolate, the most refined form of whey, so it mixes and sits light.
- 24.9g protein in one sachet closes the day's gap without cooking, with 6.3g BCAA and 11.9g EAA.
- Sweetened with dates and monk fruit. No artificial sweeteners and no added sugar.
- No gums, thickeners or anti-caking agents. Bromelain is added to aid digestion, and sachets travel, so the habit survives a work trip.
Per 35g sachet: 139.4 kcal. Source: product pack.
Smart snackRiteBite Max Protein Roots Bar
What it is made of
Also: dates, almonds, almond butter, wheat fibre. Cocoa Brownie shown; Orange Burst and Coffee Mocha also carry 10g protein and 4g fibre.
Why it earns its place
- Three protein sources: peanut, whey and casein. Casein digests slowly, which helps you stay full for longer.
- Sweetened with jaggery and dates, and made with cow ghee instead of palm oil.
- 10g protein and 4g fibre in a 45g bar, at 188.6 kcal.
- It is a sweet. So it competes with what you actually reach for at 4:30. A savoury health snack loses that fight.
Per 45g bar. Source: product pack.
SweetenerSugar Free Green
What it is made of
Carrier (dextrose, maltodextrin), stabiliser (maltitol), non-caloric sweetener (steviol glycoside from stevia). May contain traces of milk (lactose).
Why it earns its place
- Keep the chai. One 1g spoon gives the sweetness of a 5g teaspoon of sugar.
- About 70 fewer kcal a day if you swap 2 teaspoons a cup across 3 cups of chai or coffee.
- No change to your routine. Same cup, same taste, just a different spoon.

CravingsGoodFlip Apple Cider Vinegar Fizz
What it is made of
Apple cider vinegar, Garcinia cambogia, pomegranate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12, in a green apple effervescent tablet.
Why it earns its place
- Supports metabolism and appetite control with ACV, Garcinia cambogia, pomegranate and B vitamins.
- ACV without the smell. Drop a tablet in water and drink. No shots, no pills, no sugary gummies.
Use as directed on pack. Source: GoodFlip product pack.
You know what to eat. Doing it every day is the hard part.
Five everyday moments break a plan far more often than a lack of knowledge does.
8:00 AM | Breakfast gets skipped
With any meal. Morning or evening, consistency matters more than timing. Each serving delivers the complete 6-in-1 formula.
All day | Protein and fibre fall short
Carb-heavy plates leave you short, and fixing that takes planning.
Every cup | Sugar hides in chai
Two spoons a cup, three cups a day. It adds up without you noticing.
4:30 PM | Cravings take over
Namkeen, biscuits and samosas quietly undo a good day of eating.
Every order | Sourcing is a chore
Which brand, which label, which app? Good options are scattered.
